The Crosby Mobile Business Law Firm is a successor to a firm established in 1986. Our attorneys have over 50 years of legal experience. We provide solutions to a variety of legal problems, but our practice centers around what we do best: defending our clients.

Our diverse litigation background allows us to apply a wide scope of experience in defending your interests. We have represented clients in cases ranging from toxic torts to banking issues to catastrophic tractor-trailer accidents. We handle litigation from its inception through trial and the appeal process, if necessary.
Our firm is headed by Jim Crosby, who has practiced law in Mobile, Alabama, and across the United States for over 30 years. Jim has practiced before the state and federal courts of Alabama and other states, as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States Supreme Court, and courts in Canada and the Virgin Islands. Jim has authored multiple articles and has been a speaker and instructor at numerous national DRI and Mealey’s seminars.
David Walker and Jason Gerth also offer clients extensive experience and quality legal representation. David has practiced law for 13 years, primarily defending clients in litigation. His practice has centered on commercial, banking, and personal injury litigation, as well as contract drafting and interpretation and other services to businesses and individuals. Jason is a litigator with five years of experience defending cases ranging from multi-million-dollar wrongful death claims to breach of contract claims. He is licensed in Alabama and Florida. Together with Jim, they form a dedicated and experienced team of lawyers ready to find and implement solutions.
